If you wanted to get really good at something you'd get a mentor or a coach, right? Relationship Coaching works in the same way. I have been trained by The Relationship School’ s ® founder, Jayson Gaddis, to hold space and facilitate a deeper understanding of yourself and others. Through Present-Centered Relationship Coaching tools, you are supported and challenged to consciously create stronger foundations in your relational life so you can thrive. Because everything is connected, we apply these concepts to ALL your relationships (health, wealth, love, creativity, time, space).
In order to truly be able to take aligned action in life, one must choose to look and feel deep within themselves at what is motivating their actions - it is important to be aware of the presence of fear and love and to be able to choose which we move around from in the world. Through Shadow Work, I guide my clients in facing the spaces they avoid (the inner parts that are perhaps undesirable to be with) so as to integrate and align with love and take action from there.
Yes! If you are growth-oriented and care about creating deeper connections, this coaching is for you.
No. I am trained in guiding individuals and 'couples' through intimate spaces, and although this is most likely with a significant other, it does not have to be. Clients have come in wanting to not only grow in intimate relationships, but also in collaborations with others as well as to explore their relationship to money and emotions. At this point in my life, I seem to attract the 'young at heart' feminine who desire to build deeper and healthier relationships with themselves and their money.
Sessions are held virtually, through Zoom. We use both audio and video, and a good internet connection is required. If you are in one of my immersive containers, we also use voxer.
